Feasibility study for the proposed 35,000 SF Abingdon Branch Library on a 15.2 acre parcel of land. We investigated the site, determined its assets and constraints, and developed a program of spaces for the proposed building. Our feasibility study became a major part of the RFP from Harford County to procure design services for this project.
