Design of new 14,000 SF public library for Harford County Public Library. The expansive, airy interiors was achieved by numerous windows and to allow for natural light to enter the building and a hierarchy of ceiling heights to create open spaces. The comfortable, yet modern facility is a natural fit to its rural community.
