Design of new 13,000 SF multi-purpose facility featuring a public library at one end of the building, and a gymnasium at one end of the building, and a connecting link containing shared facilities. This link is the main entrance to the building, and is a ‘gateway’ to the athletic fields beyond the building. This is another joint project between Harford County Public Library and Harford County Parks & Rec.
